Sorry, a permission setting was set incorrectly for that file. It has been fixed (thanks @John+Wickberg).

Manual download of the latest Paratext 9 patch
The latest PT9 patch on the website is 100.3 , but, for me, Check for Updates offers 100.6 . Is that because .6 is a ... is a later one than .3 , so should the website be updated?
