Change registration name in project notes

Question

Hi again, I changed the name of one user for security reasons following the instructions at this link: https://pt8.paratext.org/?s=registration+name. It looks like it changed the user name most places but not in notes. Is it possible to change the name in notes too or am I missing something?

It should be changing the names in notes as well. Can you give an example of where it did not work (using the XML in the file would be best)?

Sure, here’s the XML notes file for the user I changed in the project that I converted while replacing her name.

Yes, it is supposed to change the user name everywhere. And that is what happened the last time I used convert. Is it possible that over the years the user changed his name on his Paratext registration sometime. Something innocuous like change James to Jim, or William to Bill?

The registration name I see unchanged in the notes is the same as the name that was changed most recently.

I sent in the xml file via private message since the upload failed earlier.
