Use of \sc in scripture text

The KJVA uses \sc markup for signs and inscriptions like \sc King of the Jews\sc*.

\sc stands for small caps text. Is there any other way to markup such a phrase, knowing the end result is to display as small caps.

The USFM 2.4 manual has an instance using \pc (centered paragraph) and the sample displays it as small caps.

I’ve bee telling people for a long time to mark it as \tl, transliterated text. But that doesn’t seem to be true.

Should we just go ahead and use \sc?

经文引用设置中，短破折号前有空格吗？
在给出跨章节的经文引用时，Komba 团队更喜欢将其标记为如下格式：1:1 - 3:5 也就是说，使用 - 然而，似乎 经文引用设置 （Scripture Reference Settings）无法处理仅在字符后有空格的情况，而字符前有空格时则 ... 他人也将此作为首选惯例 对于这个团队来说，没有空格的长破折号（em-dash）太长了，而且看起来不美观

Why don't book names update in Scripture Reference Settings when I change \tocN lines?
When you make corrections to \toc headers, the Book Names under Scripture Reference Settings don’t seem to update automatically. Is that by design?
