Paratext internal server error[500]

Hi,
I have got ‘nternal server error[500]’ while I was registering a project. This happened after I filled out the form and submit it. It also notified me that the project is already registered when I did that from a different computer/paratext user.

We’re in a work urgency. Any idea is appreciated.

Getting "An internal error has occured" when attempting to create entry in associated FLEx project

我們有一個團隊一直在嘗試在本地伺服器上使用 Paratext Live，但發現這很困難 他們使用的是 Paratext 9.3.103 他們所在地區的網際網路不穩定，這就是他們嘗試使用本地伺服器的原因，但連線不斷中斷 我以前從未使 ... ，PTx Live 就停止運作了 有沒有辦法讓 PTx Live 在網際網路中斷或停機幾天時，繼續使用本地伺服器運作？

Paratext Internet Server Down?
Is the Paratext Server working? We haven't been able to connect to the Registry or do Internet Send/Receive since ... on multiple computers via different ISPs. Thanks, SIL+LSS+PNG
