Paratext8 crashing.. '>' is unexpected token. The expected token is "" or '''. Line 1 position 50

One of our translator is getting this message and paratext crashes… ‘>’ is unexpected token. The expected token is “” or ‘’’. Line 1 position 50. The image of the error is uploaded… Can any one please suggest work around?
He is not at all able to open Paratext. i tried repair, uninstall and reinstall paratext but nothing worked out.

Hi all

problem solved… I downloaded and installed latest Patch 8 0 100 63 (55.9M) from http://pt8.paratext.org/files/releases/8.0/patch_8.0.100.63.msp

錯誤：「腳註呼叫者不是預期值 (-)」（Error: “Footnote caller is not the expected value (-)”）
當我將腳註呼叫者改為自動建立的呼叫者時，在基本檢查（Basic Checks）中出現了錯誤。我確定只是某個地方漏設了，但就是找不到在哪裡！

In Paratext 8.0 (and later), you can: See if the work of a translation team is ahead of or behind ... Shows actual progress. Vertical line: Shows the estimated completion date.
