All of a sudden I’m not able to download and install any resources. The following error is displayed:

Paratext was not able to connect to the DBL server to retrieve available resources.

I’m pretty sure this is a windows related error. Colleagues in the office working on a Windows 10 platform are able to download resources.
I’m still working with Windows 7.

Please help!

If you are still having issues accessing DBL, please use Help > Report a problem to report the issue to us (ideally right after the problem occurs). Windows 10 versus Windows 7 should not make a difference.
