What do we do when the Digital Bible Library (DBL) is completely blank on a Paratext 8 installation? Reinstallation did not help.

I’m assuming you are talking about File > Download/Install Resources and selecting the DBL selection.

Make sure the user has internet access. Are they getting any error messages?

Another possibility is that the user’s registration code is no longer valid, but I would expect the user to get an error message in that case.

That is correct. It is not an internet issue - Internet works and able to sync all projects without any difficult. Only problem with DBL.

Found the problem - On registration, the person told Paratext to not connect to the Internet. So this disabled the DBL access. In Tools, Options - were able to enable internet access again.
