Is there a place in Paratext which shows when a particular user last did a Send/Receive?

In the particular case I’m dealing with right now, she is just an observer and thus isn’t making commits. So I’ve looked in TortoiseHg, but I can’t see anywhere where it stores who accessed the data, just when people changed it.

I’ve also looked on the Registry website. I can see when she last used PT (I assume that means did a S/R) and her PT version, but I can’t actually see which projects she did/didn’t S/R.

Unfortunately, for an observer, we don’t collect any more information than you were able to find.
