Paratext 7 Server Shutdown Notification Question

Hi all,

Having received the “Announcement of shutting down Paratext 7 Send/Receive” notice today, I wanted to make sure that they 2018 year was correct and not a typo. I didn’t notice it said 2018 (and not 2017) until somebody else pointed it out.

Yes, 2018 is correct. We got feedback from some consultants and administrators saying they needed at least a year of notice to make sure they were able to schedule time to meet with their teams to do the upgrade.
