La solution : nous avons essayé de réparer l'installation, mais cela n'a pas fonctionné. Nous avons désinstallé Paratext 8.0, puis nous l'avons réinstallé et installé manuellement le correctif 29, après quoi nous avons pu ouvrir Paratext 8 sur ces systèmes.
Y a-t-il d'autres solutions à ce problème ? Car la plupart de nos traducteurs se trouvent dans des zones reculées et doivent se déplacer pour se connecter à Internet à haut débit afin de bénéficier d'une assistance à distance de notre équipe technique.
Some of our translators reported an error, which they received after a recent Windows 10 update. They were getting the below error message “This app can’t run on your PC” when they tried to open Paratext.

The solution :- We tried repairing the installation, but it didn’t work. We uninstalled Paratext 8.0, and installed again and manually installed the patch 29, then we were able to open Paratext 8 in those systems.
Is there any other solutions for this issue? Because most of our translators are in remote areas, and need to travel to get connected to high speed Internet to do a remote assistance with our tech team.
