Some of our translators reported an error, which they received after a recent Windows 10 update. They were getting the below error message “This app can’t run on your PC” when they tried to open Paratext.

The solution :- We tried repairing the installation, but it didn’t work. We uninstalled Paratext 8.0, and installed again and manually installed the patch 29, then we were able to open Paratext 8 in those systems.
Is there any other solutions for this issue? Because most of our translators are in remote areas, and need to travel to get connected to high speed Internet to do a remote assistance with our tech team.
