When you are in project, you can use Project Menu > Compare Versions to look at different saved versions of the same project. You can also compare different projects.

Thank you for your response, Phil. I had in mind something a little different than Compare Versions. I was wondering if there is a way within Paratext to view rough draft translations from different translators (e.g. perhaps as PDF files) while editing the version that has been entered into Paratext. So not comparing different versions one particular translation, but rather, comparing different translations of the same passage, from different translators. I'm guessing that's not possible, but that while working on the current version in Paratext, I'd need to view any "competing" rough draft translations in a different program (e.g. Word).
No, you would need to have the data in Paratext format in order to compare them within Paratext.
Again, thank you for your help. I have one more question:  In order to view three rough draft translations (from three different people) simultaneously in Paratext, is it okay (and feasible) to open new projects for drafts #2 and #3 -- e.g., Auxiliary Projects based on our primary draft?  Even if feasible, would you advise against do that?  Thanks.

A way to compare three or more projects is to use

Project menu > Tools > Checklists > Verse Text

You can then select the passage and the comparative texts to view verse by verse. Here is what this looks like with several Spanish versions
