On clicking on any menu, I get no response. What to do?

It looks like the menus may have changed in Preview 2. Clicking on the Paratext icon does not activate menus. Certain panels (like projects) should have the 3 bars that open the menu for that panel. Then on the main toolbar you have the words Paratext and Help that are menus.

But even when clicking on the main toolbar menus, Paratext and Help, I can access the list of items under each menu, but if I click on Open, or Paratext Registration Information, etc, I get no response.

Reviewing Muckles PT 10 installation, when it opens, the screen is blank and the Paratext and Help menus do not work (clicking on any item does not produce any response). He deleted and reinstalled PT 10 Studio, but this did not help.
