I changed the registration code and tried it again but no success either. Thank you for your help or advice! It would be great to use Paratext on my Mac without opening Windows!

I'm having the same problem with my PT9.5 registration code not working in PT10 Studio Preview 2. On opening Studio I get two messages saying PT Registration is not valid. Please update your registration information and try again. I've copied and pasted the code from 9.5 and it still doesn't work. I get the same error message as above. I think the registration worked on Preview 1 but am not positive.

I'm using both on a PC.

Thanks - Jan Gossner
I have recieved the same error: JSON-RPC Request error (0): The web socket has closed for Mac OS Studio 10. Any ideas?

I am having the same error. I installed for the first time today (via Platform.Bible.Setup.0.4.0.exe).

I received a message after installing about windows firewall, but clicked too quickly through it to realize it may be important. platform.bible.exe is allowed all on both TCP and UDP though.

This is the error I am receiving when starting the exe on the command-line:

Setting Paratext Registration data failed! System.Exception: No changes were made to the registration data

[/dotnet data provider]

También me apareció el mismo error, el mismo código de error en Paratext 10, al usar la clave de paratext 9.5.
