When version 3.0 was released, we cautioned people from upgrading while mid-stream in typesetting. This is because we ALSO changed some underlying Stylesheet defaults (above and below spacing for \s, \r, default indents for the \q markers, etc.). This might also affect your typesetting job if you *haven't* changed these values from their original values. [Interestingly/fortunately, if you had set your OWN values for these changed markers in an earlier version, then these settings will be preserved as they overwrite the underlying defaults. But if you haven't then things *are* likely to change; so you might prefer to return to 2.9.9 or earlier.]
