Okay - I've found a TeX setting that allows you to do what you're asking for. Place this setting into your ptxprint-mods.tex file:
And if you change the "Outer Gutter" option, you can get it to swap sides:

Теперь это стало ещё проще благодаря добавлению параметра на вкладке Дополнительно (Advanced) > Другое (Other) > Макет страницы и отступы (Page Layout and Spacing). Отключите параметр Двусторонняя печать (Double Sided Layout).

This has now been made even easier by adding an option to the Advanced > Other tab > Page Layout and Spacing options. Disable the option Double Sided Layout.
(If you use this setting, then you obviously don't need to add the line in the .tex file as described in a previous answer).
