Okay - I've found a TeX setting that allows you to do what you're asking for. Place this setting into your ptxprint-mods.tex file:
And if you change the "Outer Gutter" option, you can get it to swap sides:

Agora ficou ainda mais fácil, pois foi adicionada uma opção na guia Advanced (Avançado) > Other (Outros) > opções de Page Layout and Spacing (Layout e Espaçamento da Página). Desative a opção Double Sided Layout (Layout de duas faces).
(Se você usar esta configuração, obviamente não precisa adicionar a linha no arquivo .tex, conforme descrito em uma resposta anterior).
This has now been made even easier by adding an option to the Advanced > Other tab > Page Layout and Spacing options. Disable the option Double Sided Layout.
(If you use this setting, then you obviously don't need to add the line in the .tex file as described in a previous answer).
