When printing Bible Modules using PrintDraft, headers and footers don’t seem to print. This means that page numbers, references, draft comments, etc. aren’t present.
I’ve tested on Paratext 7.6 and 8 using a few different projects, and things appear to work correctly when printing regular books, but not in Bible Modules. Is there a setting outside of the PrintDraft dialogue to turn headers & footers on and off? If not, does anyone know any workaround, such as editing PrintDraft-mods.tex, which will make things work properly?
