Please what can I do to solve this Paratext cannot perform this operation because a folder (unknown) is missing.

The error message is not specific enough to tell how to correct it. It may be occurring because of something unexpected in your Paratext settings, so you could try holding down the Shift key while Paratext is starting and answer "Yes" when asked if you want to reset Paratext.

Paratext will open without any projects open, so you will have to reopen the items you currently have open.
