How to get diglot/discript page text border and section header borders positioned/displayed correctly?

I finally got the section header borders and page border to display properly with red diacritics in my Arabic script project <https://drive.google.com/file/d/1j9sDf1MsVbAHp-npV6-hfK4SA9i6ABuX/view?usp=sharing>. But when I try to produce a di-script (Latin/Arabic) project <https://drive.google.com/file/d/1j0cqU4qglU_ziwJXwg_TD_04YyBWAhQh/view?usp=sharing> :

  • The section header borders disappear. 
  • The page border now has to be a text border rather than the 'A5 page border - no footer.pdf'. The text border displays but it overlaps the text and I can't find a way to shift it.
  • The red diacritics display well in the scripture, but not on the initial title page
