Thank you John. Holding down shift didn't work at first, but when I uninstalled and reinstalled and did the reset before Paratext installed an update it did the trick. Then after the update it continued to work, which it hadn't before.
related to an answer for: While loading Paratext I got a Blue Screen of Death on my Windows 11 computer. I now can't load paratext.

When the teams are working on specific terms with a lot of occurrences it's hard to find the ones that are missing ... sort the references in the bottom pane to find these faster?
