Thank you John. Holding down shift didn't work at first, but when I uninstalled and reinstalled and did the reset before Paratext installed an update it did the trick. Then after the update it continued to work, which it hadn't before.

This relates to the issue: While loading Paratext I got a Blue Screen of Death on my Windows 11 computer. I now can't load paratext.
