Can I give project observer permission to an organisation?

For a Ptxt project, can I give observer permission to an organisation (one from the Ptxt registry) or only to individual users?

A little more detail: I would like to grant observer permission for My Project to everyone in My Organisation and two sister organisations, so that anyone who joins one of the organisations (according to Paratext registry) will automatically become an observer of the project. This would be an easier way to manage observers on the project, compared to adding one by one.

I believe resource permissions can be granted by organisations, but is that possible for projects too?

No, you must add each individual as an observer on the project. This can be done from within Paratext or from the registry. You can not give blanket permission to an organization.
