In a project I work with Basic Checks is reporting 25.» as "Invalid final punctuation". A&P reports it as a Number error. However . (unicode 002E) is included in the Number Settings of the project as a valid final punctuation and .» in listed in the Punctuation Inventory as valid final punctuation. Why are Basic Checks and A&P reporting this as an error?

Yes, this is a number error. Make sure that both the . and the » are included in the final punctuation list. Paratext looks at all of the punctuation following the number.

Some translation projects do not want to have periods at the end of their footnotes. Simply leaving them off will ... at the end of footnotes - Helps - Paratext Supporter Site

We have languages using Devanagari script. In Devanagari final punctuation is । (danda marker). But Paratext 8 is not ... How can I add custom punctuation to Paratext? thanks binoy
