We have decided to use mostly DC Cook illustrations and to supplement them with Gordon Thompson's pictures. We want to be able to use all our pictures in all publications (print, app, web) and not have to mess with which pictures we can use in which kind of publication. Sometimes there are multiple good pictures of an event and I'd like to use them all, but only want each picture to appear once in the NT. It will take a lot of time to figure this out, so I'd love to see a NT or Bible where somebody has already done this so I don't have to start from scratch.
