Picture settings do not save but automatically revert

In PTXprint 3.0.18, I am trying to place two illustrations for a single book by modifying the parameters under Details for ... no avail. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

Picture Anchor Not Found in version 2.8.17

In my PDFs from PTXPrint 2.8.17, when I right-click on a picture, I should get a context menu giving me options ... do something different? I sent an archive to the developers. JN
