A local dedicated Paratext Live server is a computer that:

  • Is connected to the local area network.
  • Is turned on most of the time (for example, a file server).
  • Has a backup power supply (and the accompanying network equipment also has a backup power supply).

PT8 and PT9 on Linux: compatibilty with new PT Live server
It seems my current versions of PT8 and PT9 on Linux are not compatible with the new PT Live server. First of ... Linux versions will be compatible with the newer PT Live server?
