Change quotation marks

The project I want to print has quotation marks marked as < << >> > etc.
Can I run a script to change these to smart quotes in the print processing?

Yes, if you click on Advanced you can select to apply the PrintDraftChanges.txt or several other options. You can then edit that file to make changes that are needed.

Quotation type error due to uncommon use of direct quotes for prayers
For Paul's prayers in the epistles that use indirect quotes we go to direct quotes. As a result, when I run a check on ... turn this check off? I can't find how to do this.
