I'd like to use PT for our prayer book as well, to help with biblical term consistency, etc. To do this, I've added an extra book with no verse numbers. This is all fine. However, I can't see any way to rename this book. Right now it's simply XXA! Is there a way to rename books?

No, you cannot rename the files XXA - XXG. You can howerver add your main title (\mt#), header (\h) and other information.
