how do I generate map list names using Biblical terms tool?

Sorry, but the Biblical Terms tool doesn't have the ability to do that. 

There is a Paratext plugin called Paratext Map Creator Plugin that I think does what you are wanting, but it doesn't appear to have any downloads so you'd have to build it yourself.

After talking to the author of the above plugin, it seems that has been abandoned. There is a new one called Scritpure Map Labeler that is still being worked on. You might be able to ask @stevepence about it.
