How to Export RTF and draft file in Paratext 9.3?

How to edit the export file in msw words file. Like how to add book name top of the page and make two columns?

It is not clear if the problem you are reporting is that when you export to RTF there is an error or if the output doesn't look correct. When you export to RTF you need to make any adjustments that you want (like setting for 2 column). However another option is to use the PTXPrint tool. Am I right in thinking that if the whitespace / invisible-character features have not yet been enabled in 9.5. one could in theory revert to 9.4?

How does an Administrator "opt in to the Whitespaces and invisible character support features implemented in 9.5 beta"
I do not understand why the the instructions for 9.5 beta say "all team members must update to 9.5.": for a project ... are if one opts in if a team member has not upgraded?
