I looked on the Send/Receive server and the project is not there. I checked the registration and it shows that send/receive was never done on the project.
Have you looked in your “C:\My Paratext 9 Projects” folder to see if there is a folder for the project there? If it is, maybe there is a problem with the project settings that is preventing it from displaying.
