Inserting a web site address in a project note

Can this be done, and if so, how? I tried hard to find information on this in Paratext Help but could not find the answer.

Simply paste a URL into the note and it will be available (open) to those who have internet access.

Be sure to check the link before you do your S/R. If it’s a longer link with certain kinds of punctuation, the note won’t create the complete hyperlink.
