No lo he probado, pero esto es lo que supongo:
Creo que Paratext se ejecuta en código de 64 bits.
Hasta hace muy poco, el Surface Pro X solo podía emular y ejecutar EXE de código de 32 bits.
Creo que el nuevo Surface Pro 9 con 5G es la versión ARM y, aparentemente, sí emula el código Intel de 64 bits. Por lo tanto, debería poder ejecutar Paratext. (Esta limitación de 32 bits fue una razón importante por la que no compré un Surface Pro X.)

Espero que alguien con uno de estos nuevos dispositivos pueda confirmárnoslo con certeza.

No sé nada sobre dispositivos de ese tipo, pero funciona en Parallels en un iMac basado en ARM que ejecuta Windows 11 para ARM.
