Footnotes. Can they be made the same size at Bible fonts?

I see that in printdraft the footnotes are a little smaller than the Bible fonts. Any way I can make them the same size as the Bible fonts?

Cannot print whole New Testament at one time

While using printdraft, whenever I try to print combined books it stops and says it cannot print the last book???

Removing huge empty spaces

Hi, When I print out a draft of a Bible Text page, there is a huge gap, over an inch between the top of the text and the header (and page number) . Any way to adjust this?
