Les Paramètres de références bibliques ne semblent pas respecter le paramètre de normalisation des caractères

J'ai aidé à dépanner un projet où les Paramètres de références bibliques ont signalé plusieurs conflits entre les noms ... aucune idée de la façon dont cela pourrait se produire.
