¿Cómo extraigo los encabezados de sección de un proyecto «modelo»?

¿Podrían indicarme si existe una buena manera de extraer los encabezados de sección de un proyecto «modelo»? Intenté copiar y pegar desde la Lista de verificación de encabezados de sección, pero no funcionó bien en absoluto.

Me doy cuenta de que quizás necesitemos hacer alguna búsqueda/reemplazo (¿expresión regular?) una vez que tengamos una lista.
