How do I extract Section heading from a “model” project?

Question

Could you please let me know if there is a good way to extract section headings from a “model” project. As I tried copying and pasting from the Section Headings Checklist, I did not find that this worked well at all.

I realize that we may need to do some find/replace (regex?) after we get a list together.
