I decided to work with Paratext 9.1 because of the 64-bit operating system allowance.
When I do an S/R in Paratext 9.1. are the changes also made in Paratext 9.0?
If not, how would I be able to keep up to date with my project versions in both PT9.1. as well as in P.T. 9.0?

Yes, anything you S/R in 9.0 or 9.1 will be visible in the other version. They use the same “My Paratext 8/9 Projects” directory (where 8/9 depends on whether you ever had version 8 installed).
