With Paratext 9 open, my Windows shortcuts no longer work (i.e., Ctrl-Alt-A opens or makes active WinAmp). Also, my taskbar goes inert; I move the mouse cursor to the bottom of the page and the taskbar does not pop up. PT8 did not do these things. Please resolve.

Do you have Paratext setup to do automatic keyboard switching? Do you have Keyman installed?

No to both.

Then, I don’t have other ideas. You should go ahead submit the bug report from the project and let the developers try and find the problem.
