I am in a process in polishing a NT from 2003 for the DBL. For that NT there was a separately printed appendix containing a longer form of the glossary, book introductions etc. We have added the shorter form of the glossary into GLO. Where should we place the longer one + other stuff to keep it separate from the short one, is OTH a suitable place for that even though USFM 3.0 seems to preserve OTH only for cover and spine etc?
