Who do we contact if the PT8 code is not working for PT9? I have users who are experiencing difficulties?

There is no difference between the PT8 and PT9 registration codes. If it is working in PT8, then you should double-check that it was entered correctly in PT9.

Le fichier autocorrect.txt est-il partagé entre PT8 et PT9 ?
Je viens d'installer PT8 à côté de PT9 pour voir si l'ancienne version offre de meilleures performances que la nouvelle ... cela aurait de l'importance. Merci pour toute aide, Paul

Compatibilité du Project Plan entre PT8 et PT9
Un traducteur expatrié ici en PNG a mis en place un Project Plan dans PT8 il y a quelque temps, mais ... PT9, les traducteurs nationaux peuvent-ils toujours travailler dans PT8 ?

How do I access Notes created in PT8 in PT9?
I just installed PT9. I tried to open my Notes from PT8, but following the Help topic doesn't help: How do I open a ... menu in the menu list. I do have Full Menus selected.

Chorus Hub with Paratext 9
I've just installed P9 but it can't seem to find the Chorus Hub to do Send/Receive on our local server via wifi ... but it's not the most elegant solution. Any ideas or solutions?

PT8 and PT9 on Linux: compatibilty with new PT Live server
It seems my current versions of PT8 and PT9 on Linux are not compatible with the new PT Live server. First of ... Linux versions will be compatible with the newer PT Live server?
