USFM 3.0 offline - PDF

Hello,
I am looking for an offline version of USFM 3.0. Is there anyway to get a PDF version of USFM 3.0 that is found online here, https://ubsicap.github.io/usfm/index.html.
I understand USFM 2.4 has a PDF version, is there a way to make 3.0 available in PDF as well?

Installing Paratext 9 {search terms: PT online offline}
It would be good to have a little more information on installing P9 Beta (and P9 when it's released). ... the offline installer include that the online installer doesn't have?

Actual difference between online and offline installers?
When downloading Paratext 8, I'm told: The Online file is smaller and may be used if you are installing while connected to the ... to download that extra 85Mb, if I don't have to.
