Registration Issues in Paratext

We are trying create registration for few users in Paratext but not getting the confirmation message in the mail. below adding the mail ID. Please help us.

There is currently an outage in our e-mail service. It’s being worked on. I will make sure they get new codes when the outage is over.

If you urgently need their registration codes, please contact me privately and I will send you codes for them.

The server issue should be resolved now and registration codes have been sent out for these users.
