I’m not exactly sure what you are wanting. Does Project > Project Properties and Settings > Associations > Match based on stems do what you are wanting? This allows you to specify the morphology in the Wordlist or Interlinear and have it automatically match in the Biblical Terms tool using the affixes defined there.
There are three methods of increasing complexity and granularity, 1) use the wild card symbol “*”, 2) specifying prefixes and suffixes in the Biblical terms tool, and 3) match based on stems. I explain the three methods in this video: https://vimeo.com/291006065
