Paratext internal server error[500]

Question

Hi,
I have got ‘nternal server error[500]’ while I was registering a project. This happened after I filled out the form and submit it. It also notified me that the project is already registered when I did that from a different computer/paratext user.

We’re in a work urgency. Any idea is appreciated.
