It was down for us in South East asia as well. A bit problematic as we had several teams lined up to migrate to Paratext 8 today (the last day of a workshop).

How does one edit the Rightsholders information on the list of projects on registry.paratext.org? I can add or remove ... how that will continue to work when we upgrade to 8.
