Paratext 7 resources are still up. The Robinson Pierpoint is not on the regular resources page but on the Source Language tools page.

Shorthand to get to the Paratext 7 website, type “paratext.org/about”.

Resources: http://paratext.org/download/resources (There is a Byzantine resource here too, Antoniades Greek Byzantine NT, but the one you can substitute for the UBS Greek is the Robinson Pierpoint.)
