Reseting Paratext Sign in password

Question

Sir,
I am in the Paratext 8 migration workshop. I got new registration cord but when I am try to register the project it show the password is wrong. Then try to reset the password by clicking on forget password then a link came to the email. when I click on the link in the mail for resting the password a window opening and showing like “This link is no longer valid. It may have already been used, or the e-mail address has been removed from the account.”

I can’t see the name in the upper right, it is showing like Sign In

Like @anon848905 said, you can not sign in with your [email protected] e-mail until you change it in the Registry.
To do that, you first need to sign in with your other e-mail that you originally used to create your account with ([email protected]). Then you can click on your name in the upper right and click on Settings.

Try this:

1. Go to Registry.Paratext.org and make sure that you are logged in with
   your gmail account. This is to make sure that the Google identity that you
   are using for registration is active.
2. Go to Paratext and try to complete the registration.

I have multiple Google identities and have found that if my Google identity
is set to a different identity when I try to register a project I will get
the error you are mentioning.

Thanks for the suggetion.
I have not logged in with Gmail but with liteindia.org. I got the registration cord but I forgot the password to login.
This issues happening with all my users. What is the right way to reset the password and login?

The email account connected to your registration is the gmail account. If
you want to switch to another email account for your registration you must
first change that under your settings (Open registry.paratext.org; click on
your name in the upper right; click on Settings and then change the email
account). You must first log in with your gmail account since that is the
current account listed.
