No longer available ""Automatically Update Paratext & Check for Updates" on my Paratext software

Recently, after a new installation of the software, my Paratext software doesn't have after a new installation on my laptop. 

Can anyone help me with this, though this is not the major issue?

Un compte utilisateur Paratext spécifique provoque des lenteurs et des gel de l'application. Des idées sur ce qu'il faut vérifier ou comment corriger ?
Bonjour à tous, Mon Paratext fonctionnait très bien et est soudainement devenu très capricieux/gelant. En particulier ... considérablement mon flux de travail. Merci ! Aaron

Is NIV84 no longer available? -- momentary problem now fixed
I went to update the NIV84 resource and after updating, it says, Book does not exist in project. I deleted the ... response. Is NIV84 no longer available as a resource with PT?
