I'm missing white space separator between the book's name and the chapter number in reference range placed at the header. Could it be that I misconfigured something here? I don't know where to look.

And this comment mainly, because I cannot find the bookmark-feature.

Our apologies! I believe that this is a recent regression (a new bug introduced in the last few weeks). There are a couple of work-arounds that should get it working properly:

1. See if turning off "Prevent Orphan Words" on the Body tab brings the space back:

2. But if that doesn't work, then add this line to the Advanced --> ptxprint-mods.tex file:

\def\BookChapSeparator{\ }

I tried turning off "Prevent Orphan Words", but it didn't bring the space back. So I turned it back on, and then use the ptxprint-mods.tex method, and that fixed it! Thanks for the help! I hope the bug will be fixed with the next release of the program.
